Blog Image

As we approach the close of another year, we take a moment to acknowledge some significant updates and improvements that have shaped our care management journey in 2023, all to make your experience with The Care Database even more compassionate and impactful.

1.) Staffing vs Children Report: Enhancing Care Planning and Staffing Efficiency

This report isn't just about shifts and schedules; it's a guide to ensuring each person receives the specialised care they need. Highlighting competencies required for their safety, this report underscores our commitment to providing personalised and compassionate support. This deliberate focus on expertise ensures that your care team is not just present but equipped to provide the highest quality of care.

2.) Task Manager: Empowering Care Teams

Our newest addition, the Task Manager, is designed to empower your care teams. Now, caregivers can effortlessly assign tasks, monitor progress, and stay updated in real-time. Whether allocating tasks to yourself, a team, or another staff member or ensuring that every child's unique needs are met, this feature streamlines workflow. This feature is designed to enhance care coordination and make your day-to-day operations smoother.

3.) Report Builder: Your Window to Powerful Insights

Our newly launched Report Builder unlocks powerful insights drawn from patient data, offering hospice teams greater flexibility. Customisable reports cater to your facility's unique requirements, complementing our existing reporting module and providing an extra layer of support to your dedicated care staff.

4.) Eased Events Diary: Managing Your Schedule, Hassle-Free

Understanding the importance of an organised events diary in palliative care with our recent development importing invitation lists into events has been now made simpler than ever. This will streamline your processes and allow more time to focus on the needs of the patients and their families. This development allows care providers to efficiently plan activities by uploading lists of invitees from CSV files. This ensures the smooth coordination of events.

5.) Cloning a Care Plan: Simplifying your Workflows

To simplify your workflow, we've introduced the ability to clone a care plan template across various areas, including Care Plans, Referrals Assessments, Actions Shortly Before Death, Actions Shortly After Death, and Pre-visit Questionnaires. This time-saving feature lets you dedicate more time to what matters most - providing comfort and care to those who need it most.

As we wrap up this year, we express our deepest gratitude for joining us on this profoundly important journey. As we navigate the delicate landscape of palliative care, our intent is clear - to simplify the complexities of care planning and staffing, allowing you to dedicate more time and attention to what truly matters: providing comfort and support to the patients and their families. These updates reflect our commitment to providing you with tools that enhance your ability to support people with life-limiting illnesses through The Care Database. Here's to another year of growth, collaboration, and heartfelt progress.
